Sender is a rock band from Bendigo. Originally called Zenyth, they were in 1999 the Victorian state winneron the Commonwealth Youth Affairs National Battle of the Bands.〔Department of Education, Science and Training (Victorian State Winner of Battle of the Bands ) Media Release〕 In 2001 they self released an ep ''Threedoublefivesix''. They changed their name to Sender and signed with Sony Music Australia.
